Phi Engineering provided comprehensive design, surveying, supervision, and construction services for a G+4 hotel integrated with a fuel station in Holeta town for Ato Techane Debalke. This project is recognized as one of the architecturally iconic developments in Holeta city, combining modern hospitality facilities with an efficient and functional fuel station.
The scope included full architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical (ST, MEP, EL) design, as well as all site surveying. The client supplied construction materials, while Phi Engineering ensured precise implementation, quality control, and structural and operational performance.
Engineering and Execution
Design & Surveying: Phi Engineering developed the complete architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical designs and conducted all site surveys to ensure accurate layout, leveling, and positioning.
Construction Supervision: Oversaw reinforced concrete works, masonry, finishes, and fuel station infrastructure, ensuring that construction met design specifications and quality standards.
Coordination & Quality Control: Managed integration between the hotel and fuel station facilities, optimizing functionality, accessibility, and safety.
All works were executed under strict supervision, following approved designs, technical specifications, and Ethiopian construction and safety standards.

By integrating these two distinct sectors into one cohesive site, the facility works in tandem with the local transport economy to provide safe, 24/7 refueling and hospitality services to long-distance drivers and visitors alike. PHI Engineering Solution, in collaboration with Odaa Energy, surpassed all contract goals for structural complexity, site safety, and the precision installation of both the high-rise motel structure and industrial-grade petroleum technology.
