Phi Engineering successfully delivered the full design, surveying, and construction of a fuel station in Uke, Wallaga for Ato Techane Debalke. At the time of completion, this facility was the only fuel station serving Uke city. The project was supervised by Oda Energy, and was completed one year prior to the Holeta G+4 hotel and fuel station project.
Given its unique role as the sole fuel supply facility in the city, the development placed strong emphasis on operational safety and environmental protection. Engineering and Execution
Design & Surveying:
Phi Engineering delivered complete architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical (ST, MEP, EL) design services, supported by full site surveying, setting-out, and layout verification.
Construction:
Works included reinforced concrete structures, underground fuel tank installation, dispenser foundations, civil works, and finishing works, executed in accordance with approved designs and technical specifications.
Environmental Safety & Compliance:
Special attention was given to environmental and operational safety, including proper fuel storage configuration, spill prevention measures, safe traffic circulation planning, and compliance with Ethiopian fuel station and environmental regulations. Continuous coordination was maintained with the Oda Energy supervision team throughout construction.

The new Odaa Energy Techane Debalke facility enhances the region’s ability to maintain a consistent fuel supply and respond to the energy needs of the growing transport sector as it serves the local community and transit corridors daily. By providing a modern, high-capacity refueling infrastructure, the station works in tandem with the surrounding commercial routes to maintain the economic flow of the zone and the energy security of the region as a whole. PHI Engineering Solution, in collaboration with Odaa Energy, surpassed all contract goals for structural durability, environmental safety compliance, and the seamless integration of industrial-grade Fuel Tanker technology.
