Phi Engineering successfully executed the construction of three farm fuel stations for OSE Farms located in Adele, Tamela, and Gofar. The project was developed to support the client’s agricultural operations by providing a safe, reliable, and efficient on-site fuel supply system. Each fuel station was constructed in accordance with approved designs, safety requirements, and quality standards under the supervision of the Engineering Corporation of Oromia (ECO).
As part of the integrated project delivery, Phi Engineering provided in-house design and fabrication services. The underground fuel storage tanks were manufactured at Phi Engineering’s fabrication workshop, ensuring full control over quality and specifications. Each farm was equipped with two underground fuel tanks, each with a capacity of 50,000 liters, providing sufficient storage to support continuous farming operations.
In addition, the fuel station canopies were designed, fabricated, and installed by Phi Engineering, further demonstrating the company’s capability in steel structure design and fabrication. Through effective project coordination and close collaboration with the client and consultant, all three fuel stations were completed efficiently and to the required standards.

The new Oromia Seed Enterprises Farm Fuel Station enhances the region’s ability to maintain a consistent energy supply and respond to the high-volume fueling needs of mechanized farming as it serves the enterprise’s extensive tractor fleets and transport vehicles daily. By providing a modern, on-site refueling infrastructure, the station works in tandem with the surrounding farm operations to maintain the efficiency of the seed production cycle and the food security of the region as a whole. PHI Engineering Solution, in collaboration with Oromia Seed Enterprises, surpassed all contract goals for structural durability, environmental safety compliance, and the seamless integration of industrial-grade Fuel Tanker technology.

- Site surveying and layout setting at all locations
- In-house design and fabrication of fuel station canopies
- Fabrication of 50,000-liter underground fuel storage tanks
- Excavation and installation of underground fuel tanks (2 tanks per farm)
- Installation of fuel piping and dispensing systems
